DEFINING YOUR DIVINE OBSESSION

It's impossible to understand what you can really "live without!" The thing that you can live without "will never reveal all of itself to you!" But when you are obsessed with a Thing, you have found that you cannot go on without it! Your understanding, wisdom, and consistency in life, is determined by the Obsession of your Spirit towards the Treasure you are beholding.

The Spirit of God is truly obsessed with God. And when you have captured the Intentions of God within your Inner Man, you too, are obsessed with the Life of God. Your present understandings of the things of God are determined by your obsession in those Things. Your present course of life "is also determined by what you are obsessed with, regardless if it's good or bad." The steps of a good man are ordered by God. The steps of a man "obsessed with the Life of the Kingdom, as well as one who has truly recognized the Value of the Principles of the Kingdom, are ordered and arranged by his or her obsession." What you value "will truly determine the Course of your life!"

Your life's obsession is determined by the present "passion, or burden" that is "holding your life hostage in a godly and divine way!" When your life has been captured by Truth, it will protect you from being easily distracted by trials, temptations, and even optional opportunities. Kingdom Purpose will protect you from "good things" that are not assigned for you. Destiny not only protects you from the bad, it also protects you from "what is good!" Unassigned "good things" will speed up the process of divine miscarriage "just as if it was a bad thing against you as well." Anything not meant for you, intended for you, or ordained for you, "will hinder your destiny," regardless of the nature of that particular thing.

When you are captured by "irritable things, mundane things, and even the cares of life," it will empower you to "not have understanding in the Ways of the Kingdom's Purpose for your life!" When your mind, life, and emotions are held hostage by the obligation of simply existing, surviving, and making a living, you may find the simply profound Principles of the Kingdom, your Divine Identity, and the Destiny concerning your life, "as something hopeful and yet intangible, untouchable, or undoable!" It’s impossible to live life while being held captive "by two obsessions!" It cannot be done.

Your life reflects "what you are obsessed with." It reflects what you find value in, whether it's good or bad. Your obsession "gives you power over daily responsibilities," simply because your true obsession will "determine and establish your responsibilities." The Values and Disciplines that are found within your Divine Obsession will also determine "the seasons, movements, and timings of your life. These Values will determine how you live and function, "in practical ways," within the Confines and Parameters of your Divine Assignment.

Your Assignment in life is not confined to "spiritual or religious work." Your Assignment in life will naturally bring fulfillment to your entire life. It is the Father's Will for your entire life, and not just a few days of your life, to be governed by the Destiny that was responsible for you being in the world. Dominion is not found in "week-end pleasure," but in an eternal fulfillment "for one's entire sphere of life!" It is possible for your entire sphere of life "to be established by who and what you were born to be!" It is up to you to "handle the shifting of that life, however." It is up to you to possess the faith and endurance that is necessary to "restructure your life" to accommodate your true Divine Intention and Desires.

There are many, however, who will choose to exist "without ever coming into the realization or recognition of their Divine Destiny and Purpose in the earth." This choice is totally up to them. There are many who can tolerate living "without truly knowing!" And when you can live "without truly knowing," your mentality will never expand and be conditioned to truly embrace the Truth of the Kingdom "in a comfortable way." You cannot understand a Principle "that you are prepared to live without." The Doors of the Kingdom cannot open to you "when you can really live without what is inside of them!"

There are many who choose to "get the free gifts" that are allocated at many business presentations. They have already decided "not to invest" in the reason for the presentation, but they only go to get the "free toasters, CD players, or whatever gift packages that are offered by those doing the presentations." The Kingdom is never revealed to those who "stop at the free gift." It is imperative for those who desire the Secrets of the Kingdom, to make up their own mind, and "invest their entire lifetimes into it." The Secrets are given to those "who have given their lives, and not those who stop at the receiving of a free gift."

Salvation is a free gift "that is designed to lead you into the Divine Investment of your Lifetime." Many "stop at the free gift of Salvation, and soon become complacent in religious obligation that brings no true fulfillment, instead of continuing on into the Investment of their lifetime." Many have already inwardly decided "on how much they will give of themselves," and when they feel the pressure of giving more than what they have decided, "They will quit and walk away," just as the rich young ruler did with Jesus.

In order for us to discover the Divine Fulfillment of Life that is assigned for us, it is imperative for us to move beyond "what is free," and continue on into the Realms "that will cost us everything we are, and all we thought we were to be!" You will never understand everything you want to know "until you give everything away!" You will only know as much, understand as much, and live as powerful as "the familiar things that you have given away!"

Your consistency in life can only reflect "what you no longer have need of."

You are as free in Christ as your commitment to the Kingdom, its Responsibility, and its Change. You are as free as your obsession!
