SONS, MISSIONS, AND THE CHURCH IN THE CITY

This is a very special time in our lives for many good reasons. One is that our "sons in the Lord" are stepping up to the plate and hitting home runs! We are both proud and grateful that they are connected to the Head and moving forward in faith.

Two of these sons are workers who are leading ministries where I have placed them on the ground in two Third World countries, India and Nicaragua. Two more sons are providing apostolic ministry to these nations as I have sent them to go and come.

Furthermore, these sent ones are now covering one hundred percent of the funding for the support of the workers in these two Third World nations. What makes this especially significant is that both of these men, along with their wives, lead home fellowships. They have successfully imparted a vision to their small groups to adopt these foreign missions.

Many people would refer to these groups as house churches. I refer to them as home fellowships because the true delineation and identity of the church of Jesus Christ is by city or region. Both of these men are also working to see the church in the city/region come into reality and substance.

I appreciate them for their vision, leadership and stewardship. I salute them.
